How can I charge the lamp?
Use only the USB charger and USB-C magnetic cable provided with the lamp.
With the main light off, the touch cap light flashes to indicate that the device is charging. If this does not happen, check the connections again or contact TEXLUM support.
Do not attempt to recharge the lamp in extreme weather or temperature conditions.
If the battery is completely discharged, leave it to charge for at least 15 minutes before turning on the lamp.
What should I do if the lamp does not turn on?
Consult the “Instructions for use” chapter of the user manual and carefully follow all instructions for switching it on.
Improper use can cause damage to the device and/or the battery, with possible risks of overheating, fire, explosion, or battery leakage.
If the problem persists, contact TEXLUM technical support.
Can the lamp be repaired?
Yes. For any repair work, including replacement of the light source or battery, you must contact TEXLUM technical support.
Any replacement or repair must be carried out exclusively by TEXLUM or by qualified personnel authorized by TEXLUM, using original spare parts.
TEXLUM declines all responsibility for damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or tampering with the product.
Can battery leakage be dangerous? What should I do?
Lithium-ion batteries do not normally leak; however, in exceptional cases, a leak can represent a danger.
The battery electrolyte is corrosive and toxic and can cause fire or explosion.
In case of leakage:
do not use the lamp;
immediately turn off the battery switch;
avoid any contact with the leaked liquid.
If the liquid comes into contact with eyes or mouth, consult a doctor immediately.
If it comes into contact with skin or clothing, wash immediately and thoroughly with water.
Do not attempt any repair. Contact TEXLUM technical support for battery replacement.
Always keep batteries out of the reach of children. Do not heat, open, puncture, or expose them to open flames.
