On the rooftop terrace of Hotel Splendid, above the rooftops of San Marco, the evening service required lighting without fixed installations or visible cables. The management adopted one Eccentrica per table: as the light fades and the bell towers turn into silhouettes, the lamps define the space. The fabric diffuser provides a warm, low light at eye level for those seated—a circle of light for each table, with Venice all around.
